OC Salsa proudly introduces our Advanced Salsa On 2 Social Dance Mastery Program, the highest level of Salsa training offered at our studio. This class is designed for experienced dancers who are ready to refine their technique, deepen their musical understanding, and achieve true mastery of social dancing.
This program is included with Unlimited Membership but is reserved strictly for students who have been invited by OC Salsa Professional Instructor Arthur Levine.

Led by Arthur Levine — Lead Instructor
This program is led by Arthur Levine, OC Salsa Professional Instructor, whose extensive teaching experience and deep understanding of advanced Salsa On 2 provides students with elite-level guidance and technical precision.
The curriculum follows the OC Salsa Advanced Syllabus, combining structured technical development with real-world social dance application.
Students will train in:
Advanced partner work combinations
Advanced shines and footwork
Seamless transitions between partner work and shines
Social dance adaptability and flow
Precision, timing, and technical execution
Rotating Weekly Technical Focus
Each week emphasizes a specific advanced subject to ensure complete development across all critical areas of Salsa mastery:
Musicality and phrasing
Advanced spin technique and control
Body movement and styling
Partner connection and responsiveness
This rotating structure allows students to continuously refine their skills while developing confidence, fluidity, and control in real social dance environments.

No partner needed. The majority of students come by themselves so we partner students up at class. No Appointment Needed, just come in 10 minutes prior to any class to check in. Tues, Thurs & Sat classes are at Danscene Dance Studio, 2980 Mcclintock Way, Costa Mesa. Wed and Monthly Bootcamps are at Cafe Sevilla 1870 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa.

Social Dance Mastery Format
This class is specifically designed to mirror real social dancing. Students learn how to naturally move between partner work and shines, respond to musical changes, and develop a higher level of comfort and expression on the dance floor.
The goal is not simply to learn patterns, but to develop complete social dance mastery.
Who Qualifies
This program is reserved for:
OC Salsa Intermediate Level students who have demonstrated strong fundamentals
Students invited directly by OC Salsa Professional Instructor Arthur Levine.
Dancers with solid timing, connection, balance, and technical control
This ensures that the class environment remains focused, productive, and appropriate for advanced-level training.
Preparation Opportunities
Intermediate students who wish to prepare for invitation into this program may schedule private one-on-one Ten Minute Sessions coaching sessions with Arthur Levine.
Arthur offers focused private sessions on Mondays and Thursdays before or after class. These sessions help students strengthen the specific techniques required to reach the advanced level.
Private sessions are arranged directly with Arthur.

Observation Allowed for Intermediate Students
Intermediate students are welcome to observe the class to better understand the structure, expectations, and level of training. This allows students to prepare and work toward qualification.
Participation, however, remains strictly by invitation only.
The Highest Level of Salsa Training at OC Salsa
This program represents the final stage of technical and social dance development at OC Salsa. It is designed for dedicated dancers who want to achieve the highest level of confidence, skill, and mastery on the social dance floor.

We teach with a proven method of 10 b beginner steps and 10 intermediate steps (Salsa and or Bachata) that guarantees the student will learn how to dance. Classes
“What is the cost to join a class?”
Each group class cost is $20. We offer discounted 10 classes punch cards for $149 online or at the door OR PRE PAID HERE CLICK HERE . We also offer all inclusive classes and parties for $129 Monthly CLICK HERE FOR INFO.
“Where are you located?”
OC Salsa Venue is located at 16131 Harbor Blvd, Fountain Valley right between the 405 Freeway and 22 Freeways, limiting with the cities of Santa Aa, Garden Grove ad Westminster. The main intersections are Harbor Blvd and Edinger. .
What is the OC Salsa Syllabus?
The syllabus is a series of specific dance steps and techniques that are assigned to each class. Beginner Class Syllabus covers steps 1-10, Intermediate Class Syllabus covers steps 11-20 and Advance Syllabus Class covers steps 21-30.
All Beginner students start in Beginner Level 1 and they learn from the syllabus until the reach Beginner Level 3. That means that all 10 steps and techniques are divided within 3 Beginner levels. This way students can evaluate and move up to the next level. Beginner 1, 2 and 3 students all take the same class. Once ready students evaluate to move to Intermediate Class where we teach Level 4, 5 and 6 combined. Once again, students move up levels within the same class to measure progress and learn effectively.
From Intermediate Level 6, students evaluate to the Advance Classes where level 7, 8 and 9 students learn together. Advance Level 9 is the higher level offered by OC Salsa.
Do you offer practice dance time?
Yes, we do! We know that leaning how to dance is not enough. You need a friendly and non threatening environment where you can practice and dance without feeling judged or inadequate. After the last class of the day we allow students to practice for an extra there songs. In addition, every Friday we offer our practice social right after Classe sat OC Salsa Venue from 10pm-1am where we play salsa, bachata and cumbia ad students can dance and mingle. And for those more seasoned, we offer a weekly night club experience every Wednesday at Cafe Sevilla Costa Mesa from 9:30pm-12am (see our calendar)
Sign me up! What do I need to do?
For group just come in during class time, no appointment needed. We just ask new students to come in about 15 minute before the beginning of class to fill up new students form and to check in. That is it!
